Living Room Customer Review : Great for the money!: This item came to our door in about 2-3 weeks, so it was not super quick shipping, but we didn't pay for super quick shipping, either. We assembled the ottoman and noticed that the trays did not fit in the bench as they kept slipping through. We conception we could fix it ourselves, but when we went to check it out we noticed that in all four corners the nails were pulling out and the inside fabric was torn, exposing nails. At this point I did not want to try and fix it. I wanted to return it. I sense the company multiple times. After a few tries they offered a "partial" refund. Um, no. I supplied them with photo evidence, as requested, of the damage. Then they said that I could return the item and get a full refund. Great! Except that now that the item is fully assembled it will cost at least $70 to return it, if I can find a box in the exact size. So subtract that from what I originally paid. When I asked if I could chop it up into small pieces, then return it I got no response. That is not assuredly going to cut it for something that arrived damage beyond any hope of redemption. I contacted amazon's a to z repayment and they also said that I must return it, paying shipping, to get a refund. So we learned our lesson here- do not buy furniture from amazon, unless you are willing to pay shipping Both ways. I am Very disappointed both in the stock and in amazon. Read more.
